Access to Information

In terms of the Promotion of Access to Information Act, 2000 (PAIA), you have the right to request access to records held by The Foschini Group Limited (TFG) and its subsidiaries, subject to the grounds for refusal set out in the Act.

TFG's PAIA Manual describes the categories of records held, the request procedure, fees (if applicable), and contact details for the Information Officer and Deputy Information Officers.
